How to take Rapid Relief
Three simple steps. Takes less than a minute.
Tear & pour
Tear the sachet at the marked notch. Empty contents into your cup.
Mix with water
Add 200ml room-temperature water. Stir 10 seconds until fully dissolved.
Drink at the right moment
15 minutes BEFORE a spicy/oily/late meal — OR at the first sign of burning. Sip slowly.
Who is this for?
Rapid Relief is for acute moments. If you have:
- Burning chest after spicy meals
- Acid reflux that wakes you at 2am
- Gastric pain after irregular eating (skipped lunch → big late dinner)
- Discomfort during durian season, oily food binges, or buffet dinners
- The “I know I shouldn’t have eaten that, now what” moment
Rapid Relief is your tool for that moment. Take it 15 minutes BEFORE a known trigger meal, or at the FIRST sign of an attack.
It’s not a daily supplement. It’s not for “general gut health.” It’s for the moment you need it.
If you need daily prevention: see Stomach Food.
How do I take it?
- 1 scoop (5g) mixed in 200ml room-temperature water
- 15 minutes before a meal you expect to be triggering, OR
- At the first sign of burning / reflux / gastric pain
- Maximum 3 scoops per day (if multiple trigger meals)
- Don’t take with iced/cold drinks — cold tightens the lower esophageal sphincter and worsens reflux. Room-temp or warm water only.
Mix well. It’s not the tastiest drink in the world (it’s medicine, not bandung) but it goes down in 30 seconds. If the taste is a real barrier, mix into warm soy milk instead.
How fast will I feel it?
Most customers report relief within 10-30 minutes when taken at the start of an attack.
For prevention dosing (15 min before a known trigger meal), some need 2-3 days of consistent use before the trigger threshold lifts. The first time may not be dramatic; by day three, the meal that used to wreck you is mid.
If you don’t feel any change in 14 days: WhatsApp us. We refund + switch you to Stomach Food, which works on a different timescale and might be the better fit.

Common questions about Rapid Relief
Can I take this every day, long-term?
Not designed for daily long-term use. Rapid Relief is for acute moments — daily prevention is what Stomach Food is for. If you find yourself needing Rapid Relief most days, that’s a signal you should switch to Stomach Food for baseline support.
Will it interact with my GERD medication?
Generally no — nattokinase and PPIs (Omeprazole, Pantoprazole, etc.) work via different mechanisms. But: don’t stop your prescribed medication on your own. Mention to your doctor at your next visit and let them weigh in.
I’m pregnant — can I take this?
Please consult your OB-GYN first. We don’t have safety data for pregnancy and the responsible answer is to defer to your obstetrician.
Howis this different from antacids like Gaviscon?
Gaviscon and similar antacids neutralise existing stomach acid (fast, but the relief is temporary). Rapid Relief works differently — supporting the gut lining’s natural function and the response to spicy/oily intake. Slower onset (10-30 min vs. instant) but longer-lasting effect for the meal.
Can I take it with coffee or alcohol?
With coffee: yes, but expect milder effect. Coffee is a known reflux trigger; if you’re drinking 3+ cups a day, the underlying issue may be coffee dose, not gut lining.
With alcohol: not recommended. Alcohol increases acid production; Rapid Relief won’t fully counter that, and we’d rather you not waste a dose.
Pairs well with Stomach Food
Rapid Relief handles the acute attack. Stomach Food prevents the next one. Most customers use both. Bundle them and save RM 20 (Phase 2 launch).
